A full kitchen with a bar opens to a spacious, open concept dining and living area with a flat 50” widescreen cable HDTV and extremely comfortable power sofa and power loveseat. The lower level, where the walls and the floors are painted by a local artist, can be accessed either from the upper level or from the separate entrance on the side of the house, and has two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed. A full kitchen leads to spacious dining and living areas with a flat widescreen 50” cable HDTV, a bar and a fireplace. A screened sun room on the lower level opens directly to the pool deck. The pool also can be entered from the backyard where one can find a gas grill and a picnic table as well as recliners to enjoy barbecue, swim or just chill out. A hammock in the large backyard overlooking the lake adds to a family and friends enjoyment of summer evenings. A washer and a dryer are conveniently located at the pool level. Linens, pillows, blankets and pool towels are provided for your use. You can bring your own boat or rent a kayak or a canoe from the kayak store located a couple miles from the house. The store can deliver them and put them right in the lake. Atlantis is just 10 miles to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is the perfect choice for families looking for a vacation on the lake while visiting the Cooperstown area.
