We loved our week in the E.C. Lodge. The house was spacious and comfortable; the long front porch looking over the trees (with daily visits from deer!) was a haven. Perhaps it was the spirit and mission of the Ethical Culture camp still alive in the house that created the sense of peace and connection in our family over our week together. Life slowed for a time, and we read books, played games, set technology aside, and ate leisurely, delicious meals. We were hoping for lots of time on the lake, and this spot didn't disappoint--we swam, rented a boat, and explored corners of Otsego Lake every day. We would definitely stay here again!
