Cancellation Policy

1. If the traveler chooses to cancel a reservation, the traveler must call or email Cooperstown Accommodations. Cooperstown Accommodations will make the traveler’s week available on its website for rent. If re-booked traveler will be refunded all deposit monies less a $150 cancellation fee. No refund will be made if the week cannot be re-booked by Cooperstown Accommodations.

2. Final balance payments are non-refundable unless Cooperstown Accommodations can re-book the cancelled week. If re-booked all amounts paid to date will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee.

3. In the event restrictions mandated by federal, state or local governments prevent the traveler from fulfilling the reservation, all monies paid to date will be refunded less a $100 booking fee.
