Marshmallow Acres Lodge and Guest Houses (together) is the combined rental of three houses. The four bedroom lodge along with both guest houses (5 bedrooms each). Oliver Corey House

The Oliver Corey House features five bedrooms each with a private bath. You will find each bedroom has a/c and cable TV. The Oliver Corey house sits on two plus acres that include basketball hoop, BBQ facilities and plenty of room for picnics.

The Chestnut Street Apartments only one block from Main Street in the Village of Cooperstown is divided into separate four apartments along with a 3 bedroom Guest House in the back of the house. Each Suite has a beautiful Rustic Birch kitchen and living room, AC, cable TV in all the bedrooms and living room, and wireless high speed internet. The additional 6 individual guest rooms, which includes a handicapped room, have two queen beds/full baths, AC, cable TV, wireless high speed internet.
