NEW LISTING!! Cobblescote Bed and Breakfast is a gracious circa 1915 waterfront villa situated on the western shore of beautiful Otsego Lake. The architectural style is Dutch Colonial. The interior appointments such as the walnut wainscoting and the large cobblestone fireplace in the great room are in the tradition of the American Arts & Crafts movement of the early 20th century. Decorative accents include period furniture by L & JG Stickley and metal work by Dirk Van Erp. Besides the great room with a large cobblestone fireplace, the ground floor features a brand new and very large eat in kitchen with a fantastic view of the lake. The greatest feature of the house is the thousand square foot deck which offers breathtaking views of the lake and the beautiful mountain forest. Every guest room has a private bath. All guest rooms and baths were refurbished this year with new bedding, window treatments, furniture, carpet etc. A full country breakfast is served to our nightly guests on the front deck of the main lodge overlooking the lake.
The main lodge offers two two-room suites with private bath. The 2-room suites have a queen bed in the entry room and two twin beds in the adjoining room. There are also two queen bedded suites with private baths, also new this year. (
Outside amenities include a waterfront area with a dock and picnic area. Also available for use are a pedal boat and a Kayak.
